This is Tara of the show Herculoids, it is , jungle series, sci-fi, and giant monster show. I am big fan of the show, it seems that aliens come to Herculoid's planet and they run afoul of Zandor, his wife Tara and son Dorno. Then their friends Igoo the Rock Ape, Tundro the Terrific, Gloop and Gleep the shapeless blobs, and Zaok the laser dragon. Well some invader has decided to stop breathing and aptured Tara.

Tara Torture
