In an episode of Penguins of Madagascar the Penguins werwe being fed soy base fish crackers which they deplored. They went on a mission to secure fish.
The situation has not improved. So the Penguins have to do more desprate measures. So they have captured some people and will realease them for fish.
They have captured Sailor Moon, Daria, Pyslocke from the X-Men, Alex from Totally Spies, and Valerie Bertinelli drawn in Family Guy style.
Any excuse to draw pretty girls.
