SNORING BEACH Dodie, Ginger and Macie

This is a request by :iconnayzor: for cartoon cuties in bikinis sawing wood on the beach.  We have Dodie Bishop, Ginger Foutley and Macie Lightfoot sleeping on the beach.

Deirdre Hortense "Dodie" Bishop is an ultimate chatterbox and recycled gossip authority, and has been Ginger's best friend since second grade along with Macie Lightfoot.

Dodie appears in the pilot episode, The Party but makes her official debut in the first epiosde of series. Dodie always has the latest news on the student body at hand and is possibly the most desperate for popularity (and for that reason the least likely to get it). Still, the knowledge she has about her peers is impressive: Dodie can tell you the exact shade of lipstick each of the popular girls wear, why it does or doesn't work for them, and what each of them is best known for. Other than that, Dodie loves slumber parties and has been known to be somewhat of a drama queen.

Dodie craves attention and tries to do anything to improve her social status (which often fails). For example; Dodie once took over the school announcements, during a lice epidemic and almost revealed that Courtney had them (Of Lice and Friends). She also faked an injury to make the pep squad (Dodie's Big Break). Of the three girls, Dodie flaunts a more girly and dramatic style, though she gradually becomes more mature as the series progresses. Dodie becomes upset when things don't go her way or her reputation is at stake - she even became mad at her mother because she was hanging out with Miranda and Courtney (and thus was more "popular" than herself).

In a future sneak peak episode, Dodie is shown to have married Chet Zipper, and has a baby girl. She is still good friends with Ginger and Macie.

Ginger Foutley (voiced by Melissa Disney) wants desperately to be noticed, but doesn't like being looked at. She is both repulsed and obsessed with the social structure that dictates her life at Lucky Junior High. Ginger has always secretly wished for a shot at total and extreme popularity, but when her prayers are answered, she finds herself paralyzed with uncertainty. Still, her excellent writing skills and willingness to fight for what she believes to be right has made Ginger stand out from the crowd, as she successfully tries to balance her schoolwork and loyalty to her friends and family with her growing rise in the ranks of the Lucky Junior High social scene.

Ginger is a very nice girl and will always be there for her friends. However, she never puts up with's  anyone's nonsense. Whenever Dodie becomes over emotional or insensitive, Ginger will call her out on it. When Coach Candace tried to leave Dodie off the cheerleading squad, Ginger confronted her and said she was wrong to do that. In "Driven toExtremes," she stood up to Mrs. Grimley and didn't back down. So while Ginger is a kind hearted person, she’ll stand her ground when the situation calls for it.

Macie Lightfoot is one of Ginger's best friends. Though highly intelligent, the lack of parental guidance (which borders on neglect) causes Macie to be shy and awkward in public.

Macie and Dodie were friends before meeting Ginger in the second grade; they become fast friends and remain a steady trio into adulthood.

In Come Back Little Seal Girl, Macie, Dodie, and Ginger agree to do a skit devoted to "The Little Seal Girl" (their childhood heroine), for the school talent show. When Dodie and Ginger back out because they believe it's too juvenile, Macie goes solo, explaining that her friends are betraying her and the Seal Girl they've lived by for their whole lives. She ends up winning the talent show.

In Family Therapy, Macie's parents forget about her 13th birthday and, to make it up to her, buy her a swing set (along with other children's toys), which she is years beyond, but still thinks it is an amazing gift because her parents acknowledged her birthday. Ginger comments on it, suggesting that Macie set them straight, to which Macie responds that it is none of her business. However, Macie eventually learns that it is time to grow up.

She is last seen in the series finale as part of the group that has turned out for Ginger's book reading. Her appearance doesn't change much, except that she appears to be taller and more mature. There is fan speculation that she marries Robert Joseph (better known as Hoodsey).

Macie is in a constant state of panic, as she is allergic to everything and fears change. She is portrayed as the "geek" in the group, and is very knowledgeable on quite an array of subjects. Macie is incredibly childish, most likely due to her absentee parents who are not there to help her through the various stages of adolescence. As such, she is ill-prepared for high school.
