HOUSE OF HORRORS 24 OC Darcy Costume DiD

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Original Character Darcy the Pom-Pom the Badger being kidnapped by Original Character Count Baron Von Drew cosplaying Polaris of Marvel Comics X-Men.

Polaris (Lorna Dane) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Arnold Drake and Jim Steranko, Polaris first appeared in The X-Men #49 (October 1968). For the majority of her publication history, she has been a member of either the X-Men or one of its sister groups, such as X-Factor. In comics published from 1987 to 1989, she was possessed by a telepathic entity called Malice. In comics published from 2000 to 2001 she was a member of the Acolytes and Magneto's cabinet on Genosha. She was shown to be one of the few survivors of a genocide on the island carried out by Wild Sentinels.

A mutant, Polaris can control magnetism in a manner similar to Magneto, whom she long suspected to be her biological father. This relationship was confirmed in Uncanny X-Men #431 (November 2003). She has also had a complicated long term relationship with the X-Man Havok, to whom she was engaged, and has been characterized as struggling with recurrent mental health issues.  Emma Dumont portrays Polaris in the television series The Gifted.

Lorna Dane is a mutant, born of an affair between her mother Suzanna and Magneto. Her mother's husband, Arnold, later learned of this affair and confronted his wife while he was flying her and Lorna on his plane. An argument erupted, upsetting the infant Lorna whose desperation to make her parents stop fighting caused an early manifestation of her immense magnetic abilities, which caused a magnetic pulse that destroyed the plane and killed her parents, as well as giving her hair its iconic green color. Lorna survived the crash and was found by her true father, Magneto, who had been drawn to the location by her magnetic pulse. Believing that she was not ready for her abilities or the life he could offer her, he had his associate Mastermind use his illusion powers to re-write Lorna's memories of that day, leaving her to believe that her parents died in a plane crash when she was an infant.  Lorna was raised by Arnold's sister and her husband, and grew up thinking that they were her real parents.

When Lorna was nearly 20 years old, she met Iceman after being identified as a mutant by Cerebro. Lorna's magnetic powers emerged when she was controlled by Mesmero and subjected to a 'mutant energy stimulator' device. He then convinced Lorna that she was the daughter of Magneto (unaware that this was in fact the truth), cohercing her to work with him and her supposed father against the X-Men. Iceman, however, managed to reach her and present "evidence" that convinced Lorna that her true parents had died in a plane crash years earlier, making her turn against Magneto, who was revealed to be an android double.  Lorna returned home with the X-Men and, eventually, joined the team. In the Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, the X-Men were tutored by Professor Charles Xavier and trained in the use of their powers in the Danger Room. For a while, Iceman had a crush on her, but Lorna didn't truly reciprocate the feelings. Lorna did, however, fall in love with her teammate Havok, the brother of Cyclops. They both served for a time as active X-Men and helped Professor X repel an invasion by the alien Z'nox. Later with the X-Men, they met Ka-Zar in the Savage Land, where Lorna invented her first "code name" Magnetrix. Even though she quickly dropped the name, Havok continued to use it as a way to annoy and flirt with her. When Lorna first encountered the real Magneto in the Savage Land, she was surprised that he did not know who she was. They were, later, targeted by the Promise, and met the Hulk.  Later, the X-Men and a number of mutants were kidnapped, by the Secret Empire, to harness their energy to power an "Electron-Gyro." After Number One landed the saucer on the White House lawn and defeated Moonstone, the Secret Empire was defeated by Cyclops, Captain America, the Falcon, and Marvel Girl.

When the old and new X-Men together fought the island Krakoa, it seemed Lorna displayed her major power potential for the first time as she disrupted the Earth's magnetic field, flinging Krakoa into deep space. Years later, it was revealed that Prof. Xavier actually altered the minds of everyone to cover-up the fact that his second team of X-Men were all slaughtered attempting to save them. Following the X-Men's battle against the island Krakoa, Lorna and Alex left the X-Men to pursue their mutual interest in geophysics, attending graduate school in Nevada.

Lorna received her Shi'ar designed costume when her mind came under the domination of the Shi'ar Intelligence agent, Davan Shakari, also known as Erik the Red. It was he who gave Lorna the code name Polaris At the time, Shakari served D'Ken Neramani, the emperor of the Shi'ar Galaxy, later deposed in favor of his sister, Lilandra Neramani. Shakari kidnapped Alex and Lorna and subjected them to a powerful form of mind control: they were turned against the X-Men and attempted to assassinate Prof. Xavier. A massive battle ensued at Kennedy International Airport, with the duo battling the X-Men.  Polaris was defeated by Storm, but Shakari managed to escape with both her and Alex. Eventually, Prof. Xavier freed Lorna and Alex from Shakari's contro and they stayed on Muir Island for their recovery.

SNORING BEACH Ember Lumen

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Ember Lumen of Disney/Pixar's Elemental being asleep on the dunes. This is also a request by Nayzor for cartoon cuties in bikinis sawing wood on the beach

Ember Lumen is the protagonist of the 2023 Disney/Pixar animated feature film Elemental. Described as a fiery young woman, she is the only child of Bernie and Cinder Luman, Fireland immigrants. She dreams of taking over her father's convenience store, the Fireplace after her father retires. When her explosive temper bursts the pipes, Ember meets Wade Ripple, a go-with-the-flow water guy to repair the pipes and prevent The Fireplace from closing down. During the adventure, Ember slowly realizes that she doesn't actually want to run the fire shop and pursues a new dream, with help of her newfound friendship and blossoming romance with Wade.

Ember is a kind and hard-working young woman. She respects and loves her family unconditionally. She is aware of how much her parents sacrificed for her and is ready to repay their sacrifices, so she has always helped her father in the Fireplace. However, Ember has her flaws. She has a really bad temper, and this causes her to turn purple and create explosions. Also, she can be indecisive and fearful when it comes to choosing between her family's dreams and her own. Her temper is more evident when it comes to something that has to do with her family's shop. She gets frustrated with some customers' behavior and gets impatient with their negligence. Her fiery temper also gives her problems being able to connect with others.

Because she and her family suffered prejudice from being fire elements, Ember never interacted with non-fire elements, except for her neighbor Clod. But this changed when she met Wade Ripple, a water element. Their first meeting wasn't very friendly, as Wade reported several violations in the Fireplace and their first interactions were to work together to save the Fireplace from being condemned and to fix the damaged dam that is causing the leaks. As they spend more time together, Ember gets more open to non-fire elements and falls in love with Wade, and he for her. Her love for Wade helped her control her hot temper and she became happier, but at the same time, she had to keep her dates with him a secret, knowing her parents (mostly her father) wouldn't approve of it. She is skeptical about trying to touch hands with Wade, afraid that it will harm them, but when she gives in, the two are so happy to see they can touch after all and share a waltz.

With these new experiences, Ember discovers her true talent and passion: glassmaking. An example of her talent is when she fixes a pitcher that Alan Ripple accidentally shatters. She also realizes she doesn't want to run her father's shop, but her fears of letting her family down overtake her to the point that she denies Wade her feelings for him and sends him away, which hurts and disappoints him. After Wade accidentally reveals that she damaged the pipes in the Fireplace's basement and Bernie renounces his retirement, Ember becomes sad and considers herself a terrible daughter. When Firetown is about to get flooded, Ember rushes to warn the citizens and her parents, showing she is willing to save her family no matter what. Even after what she said to him, Wade returned to help her without hesitating, and she was happy to see him. When the two got blocked off in the store's back alcove with the steam pipe blocked off, Wade started to evaporate due to the heat. Ember wanted to get out to save him, but he refused, knowing she would get extinguished. At this, Ember finally confessed her love for Wade and apologized for not saying it earlier. He forgives her and the two hug as Wade evaporates.

Only after Wade evaporated, a tearful Ember realized how much she loves him as she finally admits to her father that she doesn't want to run the shop. While releasing stress, Bernie assures her that she is his real dream, not the shop. Upon realizing Wade's moisture was on the stone ceiling of the alcove, she makes him cry by playing his family's crying game. After making him drip out of the ceiling and he reforms, Ember and Wade kiss and she finally gets to do what she wants. Now Ember lives happily with Wade and works making glass, but she still loves her family deeply.

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Emily of Hazbin Hotel being bound and gagged in her underwear.

Emily is a seraphim angel and a supporting character who made her debut in "Welcome to Heaven."

Emily is excitable, bubbly, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven.

Emily also holds a great amount of sympathy towards human souls and sees them all as equal, much like Charlie, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning about the Extermination.

She is also shown to engage deeply in the things that she believes in, such as when she promises Charlie to find a way to help her. As shown in "Welcome to Heaven" and "The Show Must Go On," Emily believes in Charlie's dream of rehabilitating Sinners and allowing them into Heaven, and was delighted to see Sir Pentious" ascending into Heaven, proving that it was indeed possible for a sinner demon to be redeemed.

MUMMY BOUND Ochaco Uraraka

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Ochaco Uraraka of My Hero Academia being kidnapped as a mummy girl.

Ochaco Uraraka , also known as Uravity , is one of the main protagonists of My Hero Academia and was a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Hero.

Eight years after the Final War, Ochaco has graduated from U.A. High School, becoming a Pro Hero alongside her classmates.

Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid-back girl" in her class, being very bubbly and kind of an airhead sometimes. She is often incredibly blunt without being aware of it. Similar to Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco's reactions tend to be exaggerated and humorous: she often becomes amused at certain personality traits and quirks others exhibit, bursting into laughter at times, which she tries to suppress.

Ochaco is a warm, cute, lively individual who thinks about everything positively, though she is objective enough to see flaws and virtues. She is generally empathetic and friendly to those she meets, and she will try to help or defend anyone who is kind to her or needs assistance. Ochaco is very good at reading people, understanding the reasons for Izuku and Katsuki Bakugo's rivalry, and being the first to notice when the usually collected Tsuyu Asui was upset. Her empathy and kindness are also seen in how well she gets along with her classmates. She is on good terms with everyone and is particularly close friends with several class members, including Izuku, Tenya Ida, Tsuyu, etc.

Despite her cheery and sometimes ditzy demeanor, Ochaco can take on an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation demands it. This side of her personality can surprise those who are used to her generally bubbly nature, and it tends to appear during competitive situations like the U.A. Sports Festival. While she is shown to be surprisingly strategic, she isn't above making some impulsive or reckless decisions. When it comes to her chosen path as a Hero, Ochaco is unwavering and dislikes being underestimated, even in the face of an overwhelming force.

Coming from a poor household, Ochaco tends to become quickly excited or surprised over little things, even losing her composure when faced with luxury, to the point of comical fainting. Bonus materials have depicted her as frugal and occasionally stingy since she goes to extreme lengths to save money, including sleeping, so she doesn't waste oxygen or skip meals to preserve food. Ochaco's parents are her main drive to becoming a hero, and she desires, above all else, to earn money to give them a comfortable life. She is brazenly honest about her priorities and doesn't hide her pursuit of heroism being in large part due to money, despite her embarrassment over admitting so. While money was a factor in her decision to become a hero, Ochaco dreamed of becoming one before realizing the extent of her parent's monetary struggles, as she admired their capacity to bring smiles to people's faces.

Regarding heroism, Ochaco has shown more preference towards rescue, being a fan of Thirteen for her expertise in the area. She is aware of her physical limitations and chooses the combat-oriented hero Gunhead for her internship to increase her fighting repertoire. Consequently, Ochaco developed a new sense of battle awareness and has become a more instinctive fighter.

Ochaco is also greatly inspired by her classmates, especially Izuku, whom she finds incredibly admirable for his strength and compassion. Ochaco has developed a crush on him due to this and their close friendship, resulting in her attempts to follow his example, for better or for worse. While he inspires her, Ochaco also acknowledges that heroism takes priority over her romantic feelings and does her best to continue to grow while keeping them in check. Izuku has also caused her to consider who protects heroes when in need since he continually throws himself into dangerous situations; this prominently shows how deeply Ochaco cares about him and others.

Additionally, Ochaco's feelings for Izuku also result in her occasional and subtle jealous side, which tends to be present when other girls get close to Izuku or converse highly with him. This jealousy is best displayed during his meetings and interactions with Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield (with the former triggering rather upsetting memories for her), as well as being unsettled by his encounter with "Camie". Despite this, Ochaco is not spiteful and often tries to hide or dismiss this feeling whenever it appears.

Ochaco's empathy can even extend to Villains, as while she remained apprehensive towards Himiko Toga for having tried to kill her and Tsuyu, as well as for taunting her over her feelings for Izuku, she noticed that Himiko was visibly upset and crying when Ochaco refused to identify with her. This memory later comes back to her, and she realizes that Himiko is still a human despite all the horrible things she's done and acknowledges that she doesn't know her or what led her to become a villain. While she initially perceived this way of thinking to be wrong, it turns out that Izuku relates to her, with him having sensed the pain in Tomura Shigaraki's heart and desire to find a way to help him, even though he knows that conflict is unavoidable. Ochaco notes that it's strange that they both can feel such things toward their enemies.

During the Final War, Ochaco further shows her compassion by wanting to talk to Himiko about romance like she wanted, instead of trying to capture or kill her, making an attempt to reach out to the villain despite everything she's done. While she acknowledges that she can't erase Himiko's crimes, she swears that this time she will listen to her, going as far as to say that she would give Himiko her blood for the rest of her life, and saying that she was jealous of her "perfect smile". Ochaco's efforts eventually come to be successful as the villain agrees to talk with her, getting Himiko to stand down and ending her rampage for good.

In the aftermath of the war, Ochaco was deeply affected by Himiko's death, being the sole witness of her passing after the villain transfused all her blood into Ochaco to save her life. Initially, Ochaco kept her pain hidden behind a smile and distanced herself from her classmates, not wanting to spoil everyone's happiness with the restoration efforts and society finally being returned to normal. When she was finally alone, Ochaco broke down and mourned for Himiko, being ridden by survivor's guilt and blaming herself for failing to reach Himiko sooner. After Izuku and the rest of Class A arrive to comfort her however, Ochaco was finally able to let go of her pain for failing to save Himiko, vowing to become better so that no one like Himiko gets left behind again.

Eight years later, Ochaco has graduated from U.A. and has become a Pro Hero alongside her classmates. Keeping her vow to help others, she chooses to begin an expansion to Quirk counseling, touring elementary schools around Japan with her friends in order to provide better guidance and support to young children with their Quirks.

HOUSE OF HORRORS 24 Flo Feline as Sailor Neptune

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Flo of Rocky Rakoon's Rocky and Friends cosplaying Sailor Neptune of Sailor Moon franchise.

Flo Feline is one of the main characters of Rocky Rakoon's  "Rocky and Friends" series. She is a tuxedo Mexican-American Shorthair  cat who lives in an apartment with her friends. She is 19 years old.

She is pansexual.

Sailor Neptune  is one of the four Outer Senshi of the Solar  System, and was the ninth Sailor Senshi to be introduced in the manga.  Her civilian identity is Michiru Kaiou (Michelle Kaiou in the English  dub). Her attacks are based around the ocean or sea, precognition, and  powers granted by her mirror. This is the original depiction of the  character created by Naoko Takeuchi.

Sailor Neptune's character  was not developed until partway through the Sailor Moon series, after  the other Guardian Senshi had already been established. When she was  created she was made along with Sailor Uranus, the pair was meant to be  "complementary but opposite characters", and were meant to work along  with Sailor Pluto from the beginning. Sailor Neptune's visual design is  made to evoke images of her element, the ocean. The choice of her  colours along with the wavy quality of her hair, which Takeuchi even  joked, might be thought of as seaweed hair.

HOUSE OF HORRORS 24 OC Darcy as Spider-Gwen

This is for Mothrabro's jam Drew's House of Horrors  2024 with Original Character Darcy the Pom-Pom the Badger cosplaying Gwen Stacy, AKA Spider-Woman, Spider-Gwen or Ghost Spider.

Spider-Woman (Gwendolyne Maxine Stacy; colloquial: "Spider-Gwen" or "Ghost-Spider")  is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by  Marvl Comics. She was created by Jason Latour and Robbi Rodriguez. The  character debuted in Edge of Spider-Verse issue #2 as part of the 2014–15 "Spider-Verse" comic book storyline, leading to the ongoing series Spider-Gwen that began in 2015.

Spider-Woman is a variant of Spider-Man and an alternate-universe version of Gwen Stacy. She lives on Earth-65, where Gwen Stacy is bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes a superheroine instead of Peter Parker becoming Spider-Man. The character's various enemies include Earth-65 versions of Matt Murdock and Frank Castle. Gwen Stacy's Spider-Woman harbors much of Peter's personality and conflicts along with his powers and abilities.

Spider-Woman was met with positive reviews from critics, with them applauding her design—cited as a popular choice for cosplay—and a feminist perspective. For promotion, several other versions of the character were developed, accompanied by merchandise. She was also featured on animated television series and in multiple video games as a playable character.  Doce Cameron, Laura Bailey, Ashley Johnson, Emily Tennant, Catherine Luciani, Allegra Clark and Hailee Steinfeld have provided the character's voice.

In the alternate reality designated Earth-65, Gwen Stacy from Midtown High School is a drummer in a band called the Mary Janes, consisting of her and her friends Mary Jane Watson, Betty Brant and Glory Grant. Bitten by a radioactive spider, Gwen becomes the hero Spider-Woman. Shortly afterward, her friend and classmates Peter Parker attempts to exact revenge on those who bully him, becoming Earth-65's version of the Lizard. Gwen subdues him and Peter dies due to the chemicals he used for his transformation. Spider-Woman is greatly affected by Peter's death and inspired to use her power to protect others. She is blamed for Parker's death publicly by J. Jonah Jameson. Her father, NYPD Chief George Stacy, hunts for Spider-Woman, aided by his world's Captain Frank Castle and Detective Jean DeWolff. During a later confrontation with her father, Gwen reveals her true identity to him. Shocked, he tells her to run.

In the "Spider-Verse" storyline, Gwen of Earth-65 is one of many other Spider-Totems across the multiverse recruited to fight the vampiric Morlun and the Inheritors. Although she is one of several people called Spider-Women who appear, she seems to be the only Spider who is also Gwen Stacy, leading to the nickname "Spider-Gwen." Gwen realizes most of her counterparts in other universes are dead, including the Earth-616 Gwen Stacy who was the first love of Peter Parker, leader of the group fighting the Inheritors. Telling Peter she likewise failed to save her version of him, they both agree to look out for each other. Though Gwen deals with both criminals and enemies in the police department, she also makes allies such as her Earth's versions of Captain America (Samantha Wilson, Reed Richards, and Peggy Carter, the leader of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Gwen meets Spider heroes of other worlds again on Battleworld in the Secret Wars storyline. During the crossover storyline Sitting in a Tree, she has a brief romance with Miles Morales. Along with battling menaces on her own world, Gwen joins the Web Warriors, a group of Spiders with dimensional-travel devices who combat threats to other universes, particularly worlds that no longer have a Spider of its own to defend it. During the Dead No More: The Clone Conspiracy storyline, she poses as a clone of Earth-616 Gwen Stacy to help Peter and Kaine Parker stop a threat involving the Jackal's Carrion Virus.

After losing her powers, Gwen's seeks aid from the corrupt Matt Murdock and scientist Elsa Brock. It's discovered that combining the mutagenic Lizard serum with isotopes can form a version of the Venom symbiote. Gwen bonds with Elsa Brock's symbiote, restoring her abilities. When Murdock has her father George attacked, Gwen succumbs to the symbiote's baser influence and almost kills the man in revenge. After she spares his life, Murdock reveals he was testing to see if Gwen, like him, would be corrupted by power.  After defeating Murdock, Gwen takes full control over the symbiote, reveals her identity to the public, and turns herself over to the authorities for her crimes. After turning down an offer from Captain America to perform black ops services in exchanged for reduced sentencing, she is convicted for one year in a maximum security S.H.I.E.L.D. prison.

After serving her prison time, Gwen is informed the Inheritors have returned and joins the "Spider-Geddon" storyline. At one point, she is believed by the others to be killed in an explosion. In truth, she survives the explosion but is stranded on Earth-3109, her dimensional transportation device now damaged. The Gwen of that world, who operates as the heroic Green Goblin, creates a new dimensional teleportation device and Earth-65 Gwen returns to the fight against the Inheritors. During the final battle, Miles Morales wonders if Gwen is a ghost after seeing her lost in an explosion, inspiring the new nickname "Ghost-Spider."

Back on Earth-65, Gwen tries to return to her normal life of superhero activities, drumming with the Mary Janes, and attempting to rekindle her relationships with friend Harry Osborn and her father George. Without her secret identity, things prove challenging, leading to judgments from the public and regular attacks by criminals like the Man-Wolf. Additionally, her symbiote starts causing massive headaches while dropping parts of itself as "gummy spiders." Since Elsa Brock has disappeared from public life, Gwen travels to Earth-616 to find her counterpart Eddie Brock. Peter Parker of Earth-616, now a teacher at Empire State University, volunteers to analyze the symbiote since his world's Eddie Brock is not a scientist. The two heroes then save people from the villain Swarm and Gwen is asked who she is. Since this universe already has a Spider-Woman, Gwen decides she needs a new name. Considering how so many of her multiverse counterparts are dead, as if "Death loves Gwen Stacy," she decides to adopt her "Ghost-Spider" nickname as a new official alias.

Realizing her secret identity is intact in this dimension, Gwen decides to attend college peacefully on Earth-616 without worrying about villains attacking. With Peter's help, she enrolls in Empire State University, explaining to school admissions that she comes from another dimension. This, along with her test records and Parker vouching for her, earns Gwen enrollment and a scholarship that applies to visitors from other worlds and dimensions. Gwen begins regularly attending classes while "commuting" back and forth from her own Earth, regularly encountering Peter. In costume, she fights menaces on both worlds, including Miles Warren, whose unhealthy obsession with the Earth-616 Gwen Stacy led to him becoming the villainous Jackal.
