 Happy Chinese New Year. It is the year of the tiger and to celebrate we have Callie Briggs of Hanna Barbera's SWAT Kats  being bound and gagged in a tiger bikini based on Lum from manga/anime  Urusei Yatsura.

Chinese Tiger zodiac sign are born leaders, and they have the energy, charisma, and the audacity to pull it off. A Tiger will always let his or her presence be known. Because they are accustomed to leading, they tend to be authorative in all areas of life. Sometimes a little reminder is helpful to bring them back down to earth. A Tiger never backs down from a challenge; in fact, they love challenges. Those are what fuel them. It may come as a surprise to outsiders, then, but those born in the year of the Tiger also have internal struggles with feelings of alienation.

In the wild, tigers are strong, majestic beasts, but they do spend a great deal of time alone. So it is with this Chinese horoscope sign. It is lonely at the top, which is something most Tigers can identify with. In part because of their dual nature, they behave in unpredictable ways. They are always looking for new adventures, and it is not unheard of for them to pack up and go on. The last thing they want is to be tied down; freedom is the most important thing to a Chinese Tiger sign.

Calico "Callie" Briggs is a major supporting heroine in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She is the deputy mayor of Megakat City and an invaluable ally of the SWAT Kats, being amongst their most fervent supporters. Callie is the one who often handles the day to day dealings of City Hall, as Mayor Manx is cowardly and incompetent. kat

Callie is shown to be sweet, kind and independent. She is also fiercely dedicated to the SWAT Kats and constantly defends them from Feral's accusations. Further, she has formed a significant bond of love and courage with them and seems to have feelings for Jake Clawson, aka "Razor".

Callie's role in the series is eerily similar to that of Ms. Sara Bellum from The Powerpuff Girls franchise. While seemingly subordinate, both are much more capable and competent in comparison to their respective political figures, serving as the brains behind their operations. For a time, it was believed she and Molly Mange were sisters, due to what she said in the episode "The Metallikats" where she said "... and I'll do it again, sister!" as in that same episode Molly mentioned that Mac almost hit her sister's car. This turned out to be a simple misinterpretation of common street slang.

Bound Bikini Bunnies

 

It seems some anthro lovelies are having a bad beach day. it seems that OC Tiffany, Colleen of Road Rovers, from a web comic Dame Freedom and Felina Feral of SWAT Kats have been kidnapped in their bikinis.  This is a request by

Colleen (voiced by Tress MacNeille) is the martial arts expert, and the second in command of the team. She is from London, England . She is a rough collie, just like Lassie, Flo from All Dogs Go to Heaven, Daisy from Rover Dangerfield, Shep from Horseland, Jezebel from Marmaduke and Ginger from Beethoven. Collies are intelligent and brave.

Colleen is known for being cheerful with a rapier wit, and she is also calm under pressure. She has a lively sense of humor, and is quite close to most of her teammates, with the exception of Blitz, who she despises and hates with a passion. Colleen shows no care or concern for Blitz, and often pretends to forget who he is along with his very existence. She obviously couldn't care less for Blitz. However, she has romantic feelings towards Hunter, and it was hinted many times throughout the series that they had something going for each other.

Colleen is extremely skilled at martial arts, able to fend off multiple attackers at once. In the first episode "Let's Hit the Road", she easily whipped Fluffy (the Rocker-Spaniel mutant), who was twice her size. She is also extremely quick-witted and agile, and her medical skills have come in handy many times. In episode 4 "Where Rovers Dare", she treated an injured wolf, who saved the team in return.

Felina Feral is a supporting heroine in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She is Commander Feral's niece and a fellow member of the Enforcers, holding the rank of Lieutenant. Unlike her uncle, Felina is trusting and respectful of the SWAT Kats, and is willing to work with them should the situation call for it. Voiced by Lori Alan, she was introduced in the episode "Mutation City".

She is somewhat brave, kind, friendly and fearless, however rising to the rank of Lieutenant she soon proved her worth, diving into whatever situation that may arise with guns blazing. More the type to shoot first and ask questions later Felina's sense of survival and preservation has somewhat been diminished as she embraces action and adventure. Often stated as the best officer on the force Felina does not disappoint. Expert pilot and marksman to the fullest Felina more often than not gets the job done, even though it may not be by a method approved of by Ulysses Feral. Her only drawbacks are in fact those characteristics that make her unique. Her headstrong attitude has more than once gotten her into trouble, and her overconfidence in certain situations has nearly led to her downfall. Nevertheless, Felina gets back on her feet and back into the action regardless of whatever odds are stacked against her. Unlike her uncle, she trusts and respects the SWAT Kats.

We have Dr. Abby Sinian of Hanna-Barbera's SWAT Kats the Radical Squadron facing the same peril as Lois Lane in Fliescher Superman cartoon "Mechanical Monsters.

Dr. Abby Sinian is an archaeologist and curator of the Megakat City Museum of History.   Smart, beautiful and brave as well as tops in her field, Dr. Sinian doesn't hesitate to get down and dirty when working an archeological site or panic when in danger (encounters with a prehistoric cat, Pastmaster, mummies, etc.). Unlike most scientists in her field, Dr. Sinian does not limit herself to the factual and tangible; she is an expert on the supernatural and the occult and often proves useful in situations involving villains like the Pastmaster. As Curator of the Megakat Museum of History, Dr. Sinian often proves to be an excellent informational resource for when creatures and villains from the past manage to make a comeback in the modern realm.

CALLIE'S EVIL TWIN

We have Callie Briggs of SWAT Kats: Radical Squadron running into her evil twin who chloroforms Callie and replaces her. Even stealing her clothes to boot.

MS BRIGGS UNPLUGED

Once again some villain is making the moves on Megakat City. It seems that every time thatcapture the Mayor and or Deputy Mayor like clock work the SWAT kats show up and demolish the scheme. Well some clever villain has made sure that Deputy Mayor Callico "Callie" Briggs will not have the ability to call in the SWAT Kats any time soon. Callie Briggs is the Deputy Mayor of Megakat City and is often the one running it while Mayor Manz is teeing off for another round of golf. She is highly independent, and has proved on more than one occasion that she is quite capable of taking care of herself during a crisis. She is a friend to the SWAT Kats, and alerts them of any trouble happening within the city that they should be aware of.
