Shadowshot -Fires a lethal Void bow that affected enemies, causes them to take more damage.
Smoke – Throw a smoke bomb that makes her and nearby allies invisible.
Blade Barrage – allows aliya to throw a handful of explosive void knives while in the air, Multiple barrages can be thrown. (same can be done with cards)
Spectral Blades – allows her to become invisible in order to get behind enemies and stab them with void blades.

Brief Background: aliya was born with a family of 4 until after high school where she moved to san Francisco in 2073 and with her new found void powers she is now the master sharpshooter and a hero the city.
Detailed Background: on June 27th 2054 Aliya Cunningham was born to a family of four with her mother, father, uncle, and 3 siblings. later in her life she had a fascination with guns in 5th grade so her uncle taught her some poker tips for later life and even taught her how to hunt during the seasons. later after her middle school years she moved from the futuristic, artistic Chicago the tech state California where she finnished through 7th grade to the end of high school. she later applied for collage and move to san Francisco near the city into a small apartment and enjoyed it, later she got a job at a pizza serves making pizza and having fun while at it. aliyas universe in the cyberpunk universe where technology messes with skin, with citys glowing with neon, cars being able to fly, and surprisingly become technology messing human organs with the body of an android having them the ability to feel, emote, and etc. with this Aliya jumped at the chance and later transferred her body with metal traveling her conscious into her metal body becoming an android. after her android body aliya suddenly felt a dark energy feel with in her when she discovered her powers and with this special gift she decided to act, she went to her friends and they decided to create her sniper. the EA12-shot or the decker is a void powered sniper/ assult rifle hybrid that in sniper mode shots 12 while her ar mode fires 30. so she dawned her outfit and gun and tool and took up the name "blackjack" here to help save san Francisco

fact 1: aliyas red hair strips glow becuase of hair color and well science making things glow lol
fact2: her voice is the same as Mako from kill la kill (Christine Marie cabanos)
fact3: she is an android but she has her organs from her old body but placed within her mechanical body so she can still eat, sleep, feel, ext... just with a longer life.
