This
is new OC Frederica Lotts she is a real estate manager of Lepus Court
and has plans to be Lepus Court as resort town built around its lake,
she is demanding and a little indifferent to her employess. She is
upset that the Outer Here Hotel is the real road block to her plans.
She looks at Corman Humboldt the owner as somebody who can not see the
big picture. Humboldt unfortunately has started calling her Fred which
dislikes nd has not help their relations.
