He is one of the inventors of Bakugan brawling, and was originally the best brawler worldwide before Masquerade and his minions took over the rankings and he dropped to sixth place. Due to various personal circumstances with his grandfather, he temporarily resigned from brawling until he was convinced to join the Battle Brawlers as their Ventus brawler.
Shun makes appearances in most of the Battle Brawlers video game installments, appearing in Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Bakugan: Defenders of the Core, Bakugan: Rise of the Resistance, and Bakugan Dimensions.
Shun
is one of the calmest Brawlers in the series. He rarely gets flustered
or annoyed, and even when he is annoyed, he maintains a cool voice (even
though he voices his displeasure). Shun is a lone wolf and always
focuses in battles. However, his stamina does have its limits, as shown
by how he tires after a large amount of constant battling. He has a
distaste for BakuNano, as he sees tShhem as dangerous for inexperienced
Brawlers to have but gradually uses his own when needed. Shun has good
instincts, as he is able to discern a person's actions by their
personality as was found when he saw Ren and Jake were lying.
